Service Terms And Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of cleaning services provided by Clean House Denver LLC. By scheduling, hiring, or receiving our services, the client fully agrees to the terms described in this document.

2. Services We Offer

Clean House Denver LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Denver area, which include Essential Cleaning, Essential Plus Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning. All services are performed according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking or within the service contract.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to service will incur a $50 fee. If our team is unable to access the property, the full service charge may apply.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are calculated based on the size, service type, and condition of the property. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt or pet hair cleaning. Payment must be made at the time of booking on our website, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and debit or credit cards, all directly through our online platform.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the completion of the service.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide safe access to the property, as well as electricity and water during the service. Please secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning. Notify staff of any special instructions or areas to avoid. Clean House Denver LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues or improperly installed items.

7. Health and Safety

Our cleaning professionals use eco-friendly and non-toxic products whenever possible. We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose health or safety risks (e.g., mold, excessive buildup, biological waste, or aggressive pets).

8. Liability

Clean House Denver LLC is fully insured and registered. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage. Any claim must be reported within 24 hours after the service.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice. Any outstanding balance must be paid at the time of termination.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information will not be shared or sold to third parties.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute shall be resolved in Denver County, Colorado.

12. Changes to Terms

Clean House Denver LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

By scheduling or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and

agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Service.

13. 10TH CLEANING FREE – TERMS

Complete 9 recurring cleanings → your 10th is FREE.
